Cody, to sign up to be a prefect, you have to have atleast 50 posts. That way we can make sure that you're probably not gonna leave us! We want active prefects!

Yes, I know you did Keiko, but the thing is, I figured that we didn't need quite so many prefects. So I've made it that we could only have 2 prefects per house, and you have to be pretty active to apply for them. Also, now you have to fill out a form to be a prefect!
